Senior Communications Specialist, Internal Communications
Current- Counsel and coach internal clients on messaging fundamentals, communication strategies, and how to use the company's internal communication channels to their greatest effectiveness- Create and curate written and short-form video content for internal communication channels including the employee intranet, digital signage, in-person and virtual events, and weekly e-newsletters to the full employee base as well as periodic communications targeted to, or on behalf of, middle and senior management- Create and execute communication plans for short- and long-term internal campaigns - Write, edit, and proofread messages on behalf of the CEO and other senior leaders- Support all-employee events in person and online- Consult with senior leaders and collaborate with the corporate crisis response team to create and distribute crisis communications to internal audiences- Tell the ACT story in ways that connect employees with our mission and which equip and inspire them to carry it forward
