Founder, Board Member, Vice President, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing and Business Development – Identifies, evaluates and pursues prospects for new market opportunities. Prepares project bids and proposals, contracts, right of way negotiations and acquisition, engineering plans interpretation, comparable sales market data analysis, title search and ownership verification, prepare legal descriptions and/or review Acquisition Plats, Iowa Code Eminent Domain compliance, consultant for public works and utility projects, project and staff utilization management.

Group dedicated to assist the Iowa Department of Natural Resources in making informed fishery resource and sustainability recommendations to the Natural Resources Commission to adopt those new Administrative Rules and/or Regulations that would enhance the legal angling experience for all game fish species in Iowa. Members are dedicated to serving as a liaison between angling groups and the IDNR, establishing a cooperative partnership.
