• Crafted a redevelopment proposal for the outdated Cambridgeside Mall in East Cambridge, Massachusetts for New England Development. • Used software such as ARCGIS and CoStar to gauge the potential market demand and tenant mix. •Interviewed commercial brokers familiar with emerging retail trends in East Cambridge, along with developers who have repurposed distressed malls into vibrant mixed-use urban retail centers.

• Collaborated with the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation on transforming its central business district into a vibrant retail mix that caters to the needs of the surrounding neighborhood. • Proposed reasonable prototypes that could be implemented in the Codman Square Business District. • Analyzed the success and failure of retailers in the district, including evaluating vacancy rates and interviewing community organizations.

• Selected as Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action summer internship (120 applicants, 18 interns). • Proposed micro-units as the best model for permanent supportive housing for the homeless in Nubian Square area. • Analyzed property values, area median income and poverty level in Nubian Square, highlighting the inequities between local community AMI and market-rate apartments and single-family homes. Recommended more affordable housing rental and homeownership development for families earning 70-100% AMI.• Studied demographics in Nubian Square area and identified how Boston, state and federal government programs such as One+Boston and One-Mortgage increase homeownership and wealth creation in a majority rent-burdened neighborhood. • Examined how cities can adapt their mass transit system after the COVID-19 pandemic, including ultraviolet ventilation, dedicated bus lanes and bike superhighways. Presented the proposal at the Corcoran Center.

• Assumed the role of a commodity buyer for beef, poultry and seafood. Issued purchase offers and purchase agreements, and sent out bids to major suppliers including Sysco, Cargill and Colorado Boxed Beef.• Interacted with vendors on adjusting prices to existing purchase offers.
