• Consultative sales position utilizing strong relationship management and presentation skills• Cooperate with engineering firms, municipalities, general contractors and distributors in order to increase product specification and sales in the territory• Build relationships with engineers, architects and municipalities to have foresight on upcoming projects while answering installation and production questions • Host product seminars to facilitate the sharing of information between myself as a producer, and installers to enforce flawless product installation promoting strength throughout the industry• Research new jobs/projects, and innovative products to compare to current situations and enhance informative selling approach• Accommodate needs of landscape designers, architects, and established accounts including product samples, marketing materials and current NCMA and ICPI installation procedure

• Analyze organization goals and objectives, operational procedures, annual budgets and future projections in order to develop a customized, effective marketing plan• Negotiate contracts with provider agencies ensuring billing practices meet industry standards• Evaluate needs, submit recommendations, and implement cost-effective technological solutions to help organization minimize overhead costs and maximize operational efficiency• Develop Policy and Procedure Manuals to meet requirements of certifying agencies
