Starting with the Window's smartphone, Jay moved over to the Android phone, which he uses today.Jay uses Microsoft Office, utilizing Outlook, Word, Excel, Picture Manager and Publisher.He uses Adobe PDF software, Dragon Naturally Speaking software, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Teamviewer and Skype.Jay has mastered the difficult technique to actually register, watch and download the UV digital movie that you get when you buy a new movie.Jay's newest successful endeavor was connecting four wireless to a remote DNR (aka DVR) and a external hard drive. This was supposed to be 3 easy steps. That was not the case at all. After 4 phone calls to Tech Support, being disconnect the first 3 during the call transfer, and an hour and a half, I was able to program, update the firmware, and finally connect all the cameras. The next day He called Tech Support again, and after 3 phone calls, two times lost in the phone transfer, He was able to establish a Static IP address per camera.
