I assisted Homeowners in the marketing, contract negotiation and due diligence of selling their most valuable asset. I also helped people find the home they were looking for by performing a thorough interview for wants and needs and then doing an exhaustive search both online and by physically driving all of the neighborhoods they were fond of. My favorite part of real estate is seeing the look on people's faces when they get their new set of keys.

Having grown up in a family of office furniture and supply businessmen, I saw and seized on an opportunity to fill a niche in the marketplace for a high-level customer service oriented furniture and supply dealership. Created a marketing and management focused business plan for penetration into small to mid-sized locally owned companies.Oversaw the sales and customer-service functions of the company on a day-to-day basis.Built company from start-up to selling over $2,000,000 in goods per year while managing and motivating a staff of 8 to 15 great people.I also was involved in giving my time and energy back to the community by involvement in charitable organizations such as the Rotary Club of Riverside in Jacksonville.
