As a Case Manager at Charles Taylor, working to help people who have a medical emergencies while abroad gives me a sense of fullness. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can use my customer service, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver a positive and satisfying experience for the customers and the company.Alongside my work, I studied at the university of Reading where in which I graduate with BA Hon in Ancient History. I have a passion for learning about the past and how it shapes the present and the future. I have developed strong analytical, research, and writing skills through my coursework, which involves studying various historical sources, periods, and themes. I also have some business experience from my previous role as an Administrative Assistant at Richmond Hyundai, where I handled the back end of car deals, accounts, and customer service. I am looking for opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in a professional setting, where I can contribute to the success of an organization and grow as a person.
