Jay was previously involved in eco & sustainable design and build projects in the APAC region and also have been a senior level project manager for luxury brand retail, F&B & high end hospitality project fit outs in APAC region. He has experience working throughout the project full lifecyle from concept design, sourcing, to construction. He can speak fluent English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, conversational Cantonese & and some basic German. 2014 working in Macau managing the Wynn Palace ground floor area of 4km sq. with retail fit outs and 8 flagship F&B outlets of over 50 high-end A listed brand flagship stores with leading casino developer. Working closely with the brand’s designers, suppliers and contractors to creating brand programme & store developent plans. Recently he worked as senior project manager for a number of international brands managing their regional account of multi- store fit out projects throughout Asia Pacific. Responsible for managing the design, sourcing and project teams and also procurement of all store fixtures & fittings. He was accountable for managing the design from drawing to store developement, also able to provide training for marketing VM merchandise team. Jay had excellent client communication skills & would also cost benchmark across all vendors regionally & created platforms for multi store roll out for APAC major cities. With an average store opening of 50-100 stores per month for these brands he showed leadership & excellent communication skills. Prior to this he worked as a regional development manager for Missoni Home (Italy) retail VM designs, he was located in Hong Kong & led the project management team who were overseeing the APAC regional projects. Jay was the Head of Asia for a major luxury label in Asia Pacific. As the main representative for the brand in the region he worked as the Key Account Manager & look after the regional dealer support team. He was also responsible for sourcing the brand VM & PM for the store planning & developments. As a Senior Project Manager working for a consultancy firm, Jay was responsible for a number of global brands including Adidas retail & The Body Shop. He would work with the in-house design & marketing team to communicate the design & market strategies from client briefings & productions.
