I was the team lead for a Johnson Controls applications run support team. The app had a mobile and desktop version and involved continuous development. I investigated specific scenarios brought to me by users which could be possible bugs or opportunities for app enhancements. I monitored and analyzed data for the app on a daily basis, creating tasks to fix issues or help enhance the insights our team used for app support. I utilized Azure Portal, Azure DevOps, App Center, and Splunk to analyze data and investigate issues. My team helped create the app's production build and deploy it to production every month with new updates and bug fixes.I consulted with the business and development teams when functionality changes were discussed or unexpected bugs came from new updates. I also worked with the teams from other systems integrated with our app.

While at Infosys, I started a project for a mobile and desktop application. The project involved continuous development with Xamarin and C# and utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps and Azure Portal to analyze data. I started on the development team for the app and then transitioned to the run support team. While on the development team, I made bug fixes and functionality changes, as well as developed enhancements for a website associated with the app. On the run support team, I worked to resolve backend issues or investigate bugs with the code.

I worked 3-7 hours each week formatting articles, pictures, and advertisements on InDesign for the paper.

At Waupaca I worked 12 hour night shifts, inspecting the quality of sand-core parts to make sure they were produced correctly before assembling them. I learned how to inspect and assemble 15-20 different parts which included rotors, crank shafts, engines and many other parts. On some shifts I worked with other employees as Heat Relief, where we would rotate between all the machines throughout the night giving other co-workers heat breaks. I had to communicate well with the other Heat Relief workers and work with extremely diverse groups of people.
