Worked alongside with outside counsel in defending HannStar Display Corporation in an antitrust civil trial where Best Buy alleged that HannStar and co-conspirators fixed prices of TFT-LCD modules, causing Best Buy to suffer damages in the amount of US$770 million before trebling. The jury returned a verdict that Best Buy only suffered US$7.5 million worth of damages, which resulted in a zero dollar judgment after being offset against settlement amount Best Buy has received.Coordinate with outside counsel to defend antitrust and patent infringement claims against HannStar Display Corporation in several jurisdictions.
