Accountable for the execution and delivery of HR products, programs, services, and solutions in assigned districts to ensure HR service delivery excellence. Also includes identifying, prioritizing or responding to requests and issues resolution using company approved HR tools and techniques within established timelines. Provides support in various HR areas like new hire onboarding and assimilation, mergers and acquisition support, safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management programs deployment, and education. Conducts training, coaching, and counseling in support of the deployment and adoption of HR program roll-outs, with follow up communication and adoption of deliverables. Accountable for supporting the deployment of appropriate resources and tools into the field to optimize an environment where the workplace is free of all discrimination and harassment by proactively measuring employee engagement, turnover, and compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and/or municipal laws. Supports HR Management in delivering development workshops, and providing coaching to management positions as they create and act on individual development plans. Also supports succession planning, performance management, performance planning and other corporately driven talent management programs as directed. Functions as the HR representative in conducting/collaborating on escalated employee issues. Assists local leaders in talent acquisition activities for approved internship programs, campus recruiting and difficult to recruit roles. Also supports internal selection process for store/pharmacy management positions. Supports workforce planning initiatives as directed and ensures that districts/stores maintain a work environment that is conducive to employee self-representation. Guides the escalation and resolution of HR questions, issues and requests to the appropriate channels, by acting as a champion of the HR shared services delivery model

The Organizational Learning Specialist is responsible for facilitating the learning of enterprise-wide programs; acting as a coach to district managers to reinforce operational program adoption and learning using key performance indicators and metrics. Uses standardized continuous improvement process and tools to identify gaps, implement solutions, and monitor progress to influence area-wide metrics. Partners with director of retail and pharmacy operations, and the health care supervisor to recommend process improvement strategies and actions to mitigate risks, improve quality, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational effectiveness and capability. Acts as a change agent to enhance awareness and behavior adoption.

As a Store Manager, I was fully responsible for the total operations of the store. I was inspired to think and act like a true business owner while also training, developing, coaching and setting accountabilities of store and pharmacy associates.
