Project & implementation▪ Take the lead of WMS roll-out project in the existing locations as well as the new warehouses in APAC region▪ Define the project timeline/system structure/work package after introducing standard WMS process to target market/plant and collecting additional/special requirement▪ Guide business/whs service provider to define warehouse layout and warehouse setup in WMS▪ Leading the test & training/business acceptance test/go-live, regularly review/follow up the project status.▪ Responsible from business side in the migration to SAP eWM, hands on support during implementation stage2. Reporting /Documentation▪ Handle all the WMS related reports on BU level▪ Maintain and update WMS user manuals▪ Communicate closely with central and local organizations

Support the OE business growth in term of logistics operations and develop distribution network in APAC region1. Tender Handling▪ Prepare and run tender project for logistics services for tire business in APAC region, focusing on OE business▪ Execute standard tender processes in close collaboration with internal business partners, e.g. purchasing, IT, central functions▪ Take part in warehouse inspection and negotiations with logistics service providers representing OE tire business2. 1. Define and control all processes of inbound/outbound/warehouse activities with most optimal ways.2. Set the KPI for 3rd party service provider and manage their performance to achieve the target.3. Leading logistic/cross team projects in operation according to Global direction4. Make corrective actions upon logistic complaints, and control the implementation.5. Logistics1. Daily coordination between forwarders and local agents to make sure the goods delivery on time2. Manage system transaction for goods GR/GI and stock adjustment.3. Manage the physical stock accuracy with outsourced warehouse and including the cycle count and yearly stock taking4. Billing collection and confirmation based on contract and then submit to F&A based on internal closing rules.5. Based on SOP and guidance from logistics manager to solve the problems for all logistics issues6. Daily details tracking between SC and 3rd party to make sure all inbound & outbound shipments are on track7. Daily Performance management for 3rd parties based on KPI definition8. 1. Comprehend the crane's structure and cable diagram, select/purchase proper electrical parts and define project schedule before the crane's assembling.2. Leading team members & coordinate different departments to accomplish commissioning/auxiliary & function test on time before delivery.3. Pass the final test at customer site, provide effective solution upon any operational failure immediately during on-site support.4. Purchase the parts according to the request of punch list.5. Collect all the feedback from customer during the period of assembling, commissioning and on-site service, feedback to technical department for improvement.6. Build up good relationship with customer.
