About Jay Spence

After graduating from Texas Tech with a Geology degree and ambitious plans to have an extensive career in the oil and gas industry, I found that God had a bigger and better plan that involved regulatory compliance and property restoration in the environmental field. After starting my career with the Texas Water Commission as a petroleum storage tank inspector, I moved into industry where I worked 5 years at LTV Aerospace & Defense as an environmental compliance specialist. In 1995 I joined EnSafe to launch my consulting career and it has been very rewarding. From helping clients solve complex remediation or compliance issues to volunteering in the local community, each day is a new adventure. I look forward to new relationships in the future and the opportunity to help you.
