Report: Generate monthly client billing report, internal account review report, and team member's quality, productivity & performance reports. Team: Preparing shift roster, organising team events, handling team meeting, discuss and resolve team/member's issues.Job related s/w and brand training to the new joiners.

Providing guidance to new trainees about the process, software, creative thoughts & shortcut methods reg. job. Take ownership on new client's job by providing high quality and creativity output. Acquiring knowledge job from each job and sharing with team. Analyzing the project, deadline and cost estimation for the project.

Designing all types business materials like daily & monthly report forms, vouchers, pamphlet. Maintain inventory of business promotional materials. Creating monthly presentations, and making arrangement for meeting. Maintain database of 3 zone's sales and guidance to new trainees.
