Current● Working as Team leader managing day-to-day activities of the team,mentoring and motivating the team to achieve the organisational goals.● Providing L4 support for network operations in 60 Data Centre across theworld.● Upgrade, maintain and support Infrastructure devices.● Responsible for Incident, Change and Problem management.● Good Understanding of Cisco ACI architecture on datacenter networks.● Nexus upgrades and troubleshoot issues related to Nexus.● Infrastructure devices and module replacements.● Implementing BGP route advertisement for customer routes towards corenetwork.● Troubleshooting for any BGP related issues with Customer.● Provide RCA for P1s, MCO’s and create Problem Management tickets byperforming incident trend analysis, to promote astable solution within the environment. Conclude it by documenting knownerrors.● Mentor and provide guidance to T3, T2 engineers and conduct technicaltrainings on Infrastructure setup and technologies.● Configuring VIP's , Members , Nodes , monitors ,SSL profiles , changingCipher suits and performing code upgrading in F5 load balancers .● Configuring VIP's , Members , Nodes, monitors ,SSL profiles in A10 loadbalancers .● Stagging of F5 load balancer and implementing in live environment.● Applying new Certificates to VIP's in F5 and A10 Load balancers.● Working on customer firewalls ASA, FTD, Checkpoint, Paloalto &Fortigate.● Implementing firewall rules, NAT, IPSEC site to site VPN on all firewalls.● Troubleshooting for any issues related to firewalls.● Upgrading Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortigate & FTD firewalls.● Creating Method of Procedure (MOP) , runbooks for Change Managemnt.● To work with multiple vendors, TAC & various internal teams, to driveincidents, service requests to closure.● ITIL process knowledge.● Devices include Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus 9k, 7k, 6500, Juniper QFX,Checkpoint, Palo Alto,Cisco FTD & ASA, and Fortigate firewalls, F5 andA10 Load balancers, SDWAN
