Jay has traveled over 25 years in his career in various positions right from a Sales Coordinator to a Divisional Manager. The journey was across various industries and domains like manufacturing companies to trading companies to software products to software projects with large groups like MAC group, MRF group, etc. to SMEs. Besides running a Mushroom Farm, Jay is also into marketing tech products through affiliate partnership with leading players.During the career, have successfully built large enterprise applications like HRMS, a end to end human resource management system with over eight modules and mobile app enabled employee self service. Have also built ERP application for large scale highways infrastructure companies. Have successfully implemented these applications on a SaaS platform (HRMS) as well as in-premise deployments. The large implementation that has been successfully done was for a Bangalore based service organization with over 5000+ corporate employees with integration to external system like Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance Appraisal, Attendance data integration, etc. on a real time.Jay has recently launched his own venture, Winmeen Technologies, putting together all the experience and expertise he gained. The focus lies in fulfilling the customers requirements for any kind of custom applications (Web / Mobile App) to automate or to enhance business processes.
