I designed and built a financial reporting tool used by 55 Supercuts stores in Texas and Louisiana (HTML / JS / PHP / SQL). I reduced the loading time from about 30 seconds for the previous solution to a fraction of a second (around a 600× improvement) while introducing flexibility and customizations requested by the client.

I designed and built a processing pipeline (Bash / NodeJS / python / SQL / mpeg) for datasets containing millions of entries. The pipeline transforms and aggregates raw audio and text transcription data into json data with per-word timestamps for use in machine learning.

I completed the beta version of a graphical, distributed actor-framework with an experimental "logarithmic commit log" and graph database built on electron in NodeJS. The framework became the backbone of "Sky", the open-source, VR-first software development environment I continue to develop.

I published eleven editions of an English periodical with tens of thousands of copies sold worldwide and 100k PDF downloads. I recruited and trained other editors; documented standards; translated from Hindi and Sanskrit into English; edited articles; wrote editorials; designed layouts and covers; worked with printers; and managed distribution logistics.

As a volunteer software developer I led a team of four other volunteer developers in designing and building an app with over 20k installs and 276 five-star reviews. The app preserves and propagates traditional kirtan songs from India in text and audio format. It provides flexible search capabilities; transliterations and translations of thousands of songs.

I co-authored a distributed, cryptographic payment ledger (NodeJS / C++ / Scala [Akka] / Kafka / Kubernetes) and simulated transactions using 32 virtual machines communicating via an NS3 virtual network. As System Architect I contributed my patent as the core I.P.; I designed and articulated system requirements; and I participated in recruiting, training.

I replaced an automation system and human-interaction system for room-sized sensory deprivation tanks. The replacement was a quarter the cost and approximately one tenth the size and included several custom built circuit boards. I led and oversaw a team of three engineers in building a dozen units and maintaining the systems both in-person and remotely.

Canopy is a distributed actor framework and long-term commit log with a focus on biomimicry and productivity tools. As CEO, I recruited and oversaw up to ten team members in operations and development and led the company in raising $300k in seed capital.

As a member of the editorial board I participated in codifying the standards for an international publishing house (Gaudiya Vedanta Publications, or GVP) and I helped resolve all issues that came up in adhering to those standards.

At Thinkpex I developed IP for assisting in and streamlining the process of creating, planning and executing a business venture or project through an action-oriented social network.
