Been part of a seed team to realize most ambitious vision of connecting HP printers to Internet with a knife-edge deadline. As a ‘high-voltage’ team we took on this bold vision with energy and passion in a mission critical mode.Key Responsibilities:• Conceptualized, proposed and executed one of the most complex system integration model consisting a family of printer devices connected with a bunch of cloud services• Created a system integration team from the scratch with multiple unknowns, executed it aggressively by being single point of contact for integrated solution for stakeholders from North America, Singapore, China and EMEA• Technical support and maintenance of cloud services for global stakeholders testing, media/press coverage, event launches, early adaptor interfacing and maintenance. Senior Individual contributor role as a part of HP’s inkjet firmware group based out of BangaloreKey Responsibilities:• Senior engineer responsible for HP’s proprietary manageability protocols running over network and USB interfaces (PML, Device-info, SNMP etc...). Responsibility included analysis, design, implementation and support of protocols across inkjet product lines.• Responsible for sustenance engineering of IEEE 1284.4 protocol for inkjet products. Nature of work included defect fixing, maintenance and adding value added features to the protocol for supporting newer generation of printersKey Results:• Demonstrated consistent results in all technical activities by taking complete ownership. Started-off as an entry level engineer, which was a seed team for HP’s inkjet firmware business in Bangalore.
