Reviewing Material Submittals, drawing submittals, chairing weekly progress meetings, preparation of Weekly and monthly reports, preparing all quality documents.• Responsible for managing complete integrated management system (IMS) as management Representative within company operations in Qatar.• Responsible to change or modify company’s IMS operating procedures andrecords based on international standard requirements.• Responsible to arrange third party audits including to play dynamic role in the 2nd and 3rd party audits.• Responsible to conduct and summarize all findings through internal audit and focus to the top management during management review meeting.• Responsible to supervise over all work execution in order to ensure Quality requirements are being followed.• Maintain very strong and good relationship with the client and consultants.• Monitor preparation of shop drawing and related material submittal and follow up with the consultant for the early approvals.• Inculcate the spirit of togetherness and teamwork among the project team.• Have regular site walk with the Quality team members to ensure the quality implementation at site.• Issuing NCR against Subcontractor’s works where non-conformance identified and ensure appropriate/agreed corrective actions are carried out on agreed date.• Responsible to verify the effectiveness of corrective action and enhance it when necessary in conjunction with Project Manager.• Surveillance on the testing & commissioning activities to ensure equipment/machinery performance meeting with project/contractual requirements.• Verifying executing personnel are using updated/ current Approved shop drawings (IFC) at site and ensure the earlier version drawings are stamped as ‘SUPERSEDED’ to avoid unintended usage.• Responsible for Controlling of documents includes Drawings, Formats, Checklist, Inspection requests with unique references in order to retrieve easily.

Reviewing Material Submittals, document submittals, drawing submittals, chairing weekly progress meetings, preparation of monthly quality reports.• Identify the repair locations based on the physical and acoustic hammer sound test in the repair projects.• Monitoring concrete repair areas based on physical testing and visual inspections through investigation during repair project execution.• Recommendation of concrete repair based on the actual test at project and coordination with client Prior to start the repair works at sulfur pit repair shutdown projects.• Ensuring quality requirements being fulfilled during the repair works by conducting periodical inspections including material selection, pre-and post-completion of repair works.• Leading QA/QC Team during normal and shutdown projects (24/7 turnaround) including finalizing the repair areas and control the quality whilst execution of repair for various concrete structures. • Determining quality requirements to all projects based on international standard requirements such as ASTM, ACI and BS.• Preparation of inspection test plan and quality assurance plan for all kind of concrete repair works, structural steel repairs and Cathodic Protection projects.• Direct involvement of 3rd party testing process to ensure the tests being executed according to the project quality requirements.• Conducting periodical audits within the project in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 standards.• Witnessing testing and commissioning activities for installed cathodic protection system and ensure its successful functions.• Ensure quality implementation at site by regular site inspection with the Quality team members in all projects.• Issuing NCR against non-conformance identified and ensure appropriate/agreed corrective actions are carried out on agreed date.• Responsible to verify the effectiveness of corrective action and enhance it when necessary in conjunction with Project Manager.
