Able to save 35% by setting up domestic plant and purchasing parts from America suppliers.Increased sales by contacting lost customers. I met with them and listened to their complaints and then I told them of the changes I had implemented, such as a new inventory control. Within 4 months started getting customers back which lead directly to the best sales month in the company’s history at 4.4 million.
