ReadyStack is a BPaaS services platform used by BPaaS founders teams to collaborate, package, and distribute their unique systems and processes. Process composers can recycle Zaps, utilize the platform’s bulk automation, and leverage scaled data hosting capabilities to earn royalties when businesses use their processes.Users can create processes, use others’ processes, make copies, update with preferred apps and affiliate sign-up links, and share for 40% of platform usage fees. ReadyStacks are accessed directly through shared links posted in online communities on Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, or via a searchable ReadyStack library on ReadyStack.ai.As the Executive Director, I lead our efforts in partnering with outcome-focused Co-Founders around the world. Our collective mission transcends borders, aiming to bolster and expand BPaaS ecosystems on a global scale, fostering economic growth and ensuring transparency everywhere. The Global Vision of ReadyStack.:Our journey began upon recognizing a universal need across SMEs and Non-Profits globally for unbiased advice and expert mentorship in business process automation operations. An extensive 12-month study across various countries revealed a startling truth: businesses worldwide were overpaying for development projects by 90%, facing deployment timelines that were over 20 times longer than necessary, and grappling with issues of inadequate project scoping and a lack of future-proofing.A United Community with a Global Goal:Our global community shares a pivotal goal: to make process automation accessible to SMEs and Non-Profits across the planet without the burden of significant upfront or ongoing costs. Through our innovative .readystacks., we're making this vision a reality.

  • Audiohighway
Vice President Of Marketing And Corporate Development
    Audiohighway Sep 1997 - Nov 2000
    Santa Clara, California, United States
In this role I led a pivot for Audiohighway from a device vendor and MP3 download website to a successful audio streaming portal with thousands of popular music titles. This required convincing the board to pivot from MP3 device and audiobook sales to streaming, advertising, and e-commerce. In support of the streaming model I lead the teams responsible for inbound traffic and content rights.Through integration deals with Microsoft Live and RealNetworks and the development of a streaming website widget called the Amplifire Network, I was able to grow the business from 5,000 MP3 members to 1.6 million listeners in just 8 months. Our content alerts generated $400,000 per drop, showcasing the success of this pivot. This achievement was due to thorough research and modeling, careful strategy and partnership building, ignoring market hype, and constantly evolving to stay current.Although Audiohighway eventually became a dot-com casualty, the lessons learned from this experience continue to be valuable in my career. My expertise in driving business pivots, building partnerships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends has allowed me to consistently deliver successful results.

I applied analytical skills, market research, product research, and consensus-building to lead the business model transition from MP3 to streaming.
