I am a problem solver and fixer. I've led turn arounds for individual production processes, factories and distribution centers that have led to full company resets. Took over Operations leadership for a two plant beverage business during COVID and restored reliable production, increased OEE 10 points, established preventive maintenance programs and hired and trained full plant team including Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Reliability Engineer and HR Manager. Restored plant staffing by stabilizing leadership methods, working with Union and positively impacting employee morale.
