We have been using GoodData for reporting since last 4 years and JasperReports since last 2 years.My responsibilities include:• Analyzing the Business requirement documents, wireframes, functional specification document, JIRA tickets and technical design provided by customers.• Designing the layout for the dashboards and reports.• Writing complex database queries to aggregate the data required for reports.• Carrying out performance tuning for various SQL / Vertica queries.• Development of data loaders / schedulers using Java Spring to extract the data from multiple sources like Flat files (CSV, XML).• Deployment of new reports in the staging / production environment.• Involved in enhancements of existing reports / dashboards as per the customer requests.• Attending daily scrum calls with customers for updates and query resolution.
