My most recent projects are writing regular features for ACLU Magazine; writing and reporting annual reports, case statements, and donor-facing content for the development/fundraising departments of the ACLU, ACLU affiliates, and the Center for Constitutional Rights; copyediting The Therapist magazine for the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists; and working with individual authors to improve their fiction and memoir manuscripts so they acquire representation and book deals. A repeat client’s memoir, RU$E: Lying the American Dream From Hollywood to Wall Street, was published by Steerforth Press in Feb. 2022.As a seasoned writer, editor, and journalist, I have applied my broad range of interests and creative versatility to writing breaking news, social justice features, cultural commentary, magazine and newspaper cover stories, business and analytical pieces, op-eds, book and music reviews, filmmaker/author profiles and Q&As, set pieces, crossword puzzles, and humor pieces.
