• Product extension/new product planning, development & launch as per marketing plan• Competition Tracking, Updates and Analysis with Direct competitors with respect to Product Pricing, Packaging, New launch, Catalogue and their strategies• Track the competition claim part, unique ingredients and develop the alternative in-house development with low cost without affect the patent infringement. • Make product presentations to marketing team with innovative concept and cost details.• Coordinate with R&D cross functional team like operation, purchase, production, packaging and planning etc. • Identify the unique raw material for massive claim in pack in skin care and hair care• Coordinate with sub ordinate to solve the issue related in product making and technology transfer period. • Help to sub-ordinate to launch the product in lab level to large scale level. • Regularly update the new ingredient details and price point of the RM to ensure the gross margin of the product. • Exclusively work for cost effective formula to improve the margin for the launch products as well as new product development without compromising the quality and product attributes. • Regularly touch with supplier to generate the new claim of the product without spending huge money. Utilize the facility of supplier lab for claim generation part
