As a Senior Business Leader I bring a strong 20+ years track record in Supply Chain, Procurement as well as Contracts Management. This also includes 13+ years of experience in Leadership roles reporting to the CEOIn my current role, I lead End to End Supply Chain for a complex network that handles over 150,000 metric tons of finished goods annually through 22 distribution points in the local market and export to over 20 countries worldwide supporting sales revenue of 300+M USD amounting to annual throughput of 16 million cases/150 K MT of Finished Goods (FG).I also handle additional responsibility of Global Procurement in a sister company (OKAM) with a portfolio of 60M USD in my current role. I headed the Procurement function at the National Biscuits and Confectionery Company (NBCC) and was responsible for Budgeting, planning, negotiating, procurement of all direct materials (worth 50 m $ annually) and Capital Goods. I have also been part of the Senior Management at NBCC and possess the distinction of being one of the youngest Head of the Department within the group companies in Saudi Arabia. I’m adept at restructuring and redesigning the Supply Chain network & systems to deliver Balance Score-Card Objectives of cost reduction, inventory reduction, cash flow enhancement and service level improvement. I have collaborated with Global FMCG Majors and generated additional revenue through co-packing clients like Heinz, Nestle and Sadafco. My technology expertise includes working in ERP environments (SAP) and working with platforms/technologies/devices like WMS, Road Net, Territory Planner, GPS, Hand held (HH) devices, vehicle mounted computers )VMC).
