I work with stakeholders across our diverse business looking to address all recruitment issues as well as promote Network Homes as an employer of choice for new prospective employees. I manage our recruitment budgets and monitor the effectiveness of our PSL and ensure all agency relationships are managed accordingly. I oversee all of our recruitment data analytics and lead on all of our talent related projects like ATS, candidate experience, employer branding and EVP. Improved our time to hire to 24 days from over 50 in 20/21 financial year. Improved our cost per hire to just over £1,000 from £1,500 in 20/21 financial year. Set up robust recruitment sourcing channels that not only delivered ROI but I was able to recruit to 90 of our 97 roles directly achieving a 93% direct sourcing % against a 7% agency use. Improved record internal hires and achieving over 33% internal hires and promotions within Network Homes. Reduced agency spend from £211,000 in 2019/20 financial year to £87,000 in 20/21 financial year delivering over £125,000 savings against our recruitment budget. From a £380,000 recruitment budget I was able to achieve a surplus of £141,000 remaining on our budget.Improved our Glassdoor rating from 3.9 to 4.3Reduced temp agency spend from £2.8m to £1.2m in year 1! -
