Cross functional experience of over 38 years in Aerospace, Aviation, Defence, IT & Consulting, spread across a wide range of functions including Programme Management,, Business Development, Consulting, Procurement, Commercial, Mergers & Acquisition and setting up of Joint ventures.Currently over the last 7+ years, working in the Consulting space as the CEO of Triangulas entities - the Business & Legal Consulting firm and the HR Consulting firm Prior to the current role, was responsible for leading the Sourcing, Procurement & Supply chain function for all the NAS Group companies - flynas (Commercial airline), NASJet (General/Private Aviation company) and flynas Hajj & Umra (wide body charter services). In addition responsible for Business Development, specifically related to new business opportunities, M&A and setting up of Joint Ventures. Prior to the Aviation role, was a part of the Global Senior Management of Logica initially at its Asian HQ in Malaysia and held the positions of Commercial Director, Asia and as Vice President, Aerospace for Asia, and subsequently in India to set up Logica's Offshore Commercial support Centre for supporting Logica's business across the globe. Prior to joining Logica, held the position of Country Lead, Global Business Development & Contracts for IBM in South Asia (India & Sri Lanka). The responsibilities included supporting IBM's operations in India across all LOBs including its, Domestic business, Global Delivery arm, Software Labs & BTO operations.Prior to joining IBM, worked for very large and prestigious programs in the Indian Space & Defense sector for 16 years in various capacities including as the Dy. Project Director for Programme Management, Dy. Project Director, Advanced Technologies & Projects and Project Director, Programme Management.Specialties: Project & Programme Management leadership functions in Space & Defence industryContracting & Negotiation in the IT (all Lines of Business & Industry sectors) and Space & Defence industryProvided leadership in Commercial Contracting & Procurement functions across multiple industry sectors and negotiated large value contracts both as a Client and as a Vendor.
