• Responsible for delivering the project keeping in view of all constrains- cost, time, scope, quality, risk and resources• Completed design and manufacturing projects for Wellhead Control Panels and Solar Power system for ADNOC group• Review design drawings, schematics and hydraulic calculations• Procurement management- ensure timely completion of procurement activity, interface with vendor senior management• Overview of manufacturing activities• Interface with client Project Management team

• Overall responsibility of the department comprising of around 150 personnel from different category including 2 Construction managers, 10 Senior engineers, and 25 engineers. Reporting to Vice President – Operations.• Preparation of tenders for large scale EPC projects. Part of the management team making make/ buy decision and SWOT analysis.• Participate in project Kick-off meeting with the client. Interact with client Project Management Team to avoid implementation roadblocks.• Part of management team deciding project execution strategy, resources, make or buy decisions.• Close interaction with Project Managers in identifying project bottlenecks and ensuring smooth execution of E&I scope.• Allocation of E&I resources as per project priorities.• Oversee engineering scope execution of the project, monitoring all E&I technical correspondence generated by the engineering team. Achieve value engineering by avoiding gold plating.• Participate in major meetings of the project including monthly management meeting with the client.• Authorise procurement activities of E&I packages. Carryout technical and commercial negotiations with vendors.• Attend vendor Kick-off meeting/ Pre-Inspection Meeting and carry out visits at overseas vendor factories of major project packages.• Monitor construction activities of the project and resolve area of concerns raised by site team.• Support the project commissioning team by allocating suitable resources and providing technical information. Involve in close out of all procurement and project activities.• Manage all in-house E&I projects executed. Those include setting up labour accommodation facilities for the project, setting up calibration workshop etc.

• Responsible for execution of E&I scope of the projects assigned reporting to Project Manager.• Provide inputs to tendering team for bid preparation.• Take over the project from tendering team upon award. Technical and commercial clarification shall be done before taking over the project.• Attend project meetings and clarifying queries on E&I scope.• Work along with engineering sub-contractor for timely issuance of project documents. Review of the project document and approving the same on behalf of EPC contractor.• Preparation of RFQs for major packages. Attending vendor TQs during enquiry stage.• Provide inputs during PO preparation.• Monitoring the progress of vendors.• Support site team with necessary technical inputs. Carry out regular site visits to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Representative of E&I department at project site.• Attend site meetings and report to Construction Manager/ Project Manager.• Plan daily activities of the project.• Ensure availability of materials and resources at site for day to day construction activities.• Monitor the activities of E&I system vendors and sub-contractors.

• Worked in tendering, procurement and design department.• Preparation of bids for ADWEA projects.• Initiate RFQs to supply chain.• Prepare comparison statement and recommend vendor offers for further consideration.• Placement of POs as per the material requisition received from projects. • Preparation of estimates for panel building using Siemens Simaris software.• Carry out design of LV Switchgear using Simaris software.• Preparation of project final documentation.

• Supervising the routine Operation & Maintenance activities of the system including generators, switchgear, UPS, batteries etc.• Planning and conducting preventive maintenance activities.• Testing of equipment including rectifiers and batteries.• The configuration of rectifiers according to client’s requirements.• Installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting at various sites in UAE.
