Maintenance Manager
CurrentManaging the service team of IEES comprises of Sales (fit out & upgrade) and operation (AMC services) in Dubai and Northern Emirates. Monitoring & supervising all the service department activities from bottom to higher level.• Overseeing entire business end to end operations and business activities to ensure the desired results consistent with the overall strategy and mission.• Handles a separate team who handles and maintains all the life safety systems for corporate customers all over UAE. . Develop and implement maintenance strategies that minimize downtime, reduce costs, and ensure optimal equipment performance.• Ensuring revenue, profitability targets are achieved.• Complete P&L responsibility for the entire service revenue portfolio with accountability for operational budgets. • Ensure that key relationships with customers, suppliers and government are fostered and aligned with business objectives.• Accountable for financial and business operations delivering end to end performance from vision, mission, governance, Marketing, Sales, Business development, Execution, QHSE and customer services.• Enhance policies, systems and procedures to maintain and improve business performance efficiencies and achieve deliverables in line with the organizations values resulting in the exceeding of client expectations
