• Preparation of MEP BOQ for cumulative monthly running billing.• Coordinating with project consultants for approval of specifications, drawings, methodologies etc.• Inter departmental coordination with Civil department & clients for Trouble shooting for all kind of Technical problems at site.• Preparing the rate analysis for MEP In hose Works & Reconciliation of MEP Quantities.• MEP Quantity surveying from tender / execution drawings.• Planning & Coordination of MEP works which includes Preparing & Monitoring of Construction Schedule.• Develop the detailed schedules for all MEP activities coordinating with Civil Plan, Procurement, installation and Testing and Commissioning of HVAC, Fire Protection, Public Health, Electrical low Voltage and Extra Low Voltage (ELV), BMS.• Coordination with procurement team for timely delivery of materials at site.• Preparation of comparative statements, and techno commercial statements.• Electrical and mechanical pre and final commissioning, test run, final calibration

Coordinate with senior level of Main-contractors and client for smooth operation that will lead to the timely completion of the project.• Regularly inspect and maintain the quality of work carried out by workmen and Subcontractors.• Attending to all MEP related meetings with Main contractors and with Client.• Manage the timely delivery of Shop drawings, Technical submittals, Method statements.• Frequently Visiting the Sites and Coordinating with clients for Trouble shooting for all kind of Technical problems at site.• Cooling load calculation following ASHRAE & Carrier Codes, Duct Designing, Fire fighting system designing, • Selection of GI sheets, pipes, supports and hangers, insulation for Duct, Grills, Diffuser, Dampers , Sprinkles, Pipes & Fittings with estimation of GI sheets and all others accessories.• Selection of Chillers, AHU’s, FUC’s, DG Set’s, water pumps chilled water pipes and fitting s.• Insulation etc., with standard connections of chillers, pumps, AHU’s and FCU’s.• Complete designing, selection, erection and preparation of drawings for HVAC, Fire fighting System with riser diagram.• Pre-commissioning & commissioning of all A/C equipment, Firefighting, Plumbing & Drainage System including Air & Water balancing.

Executing HVAC Site works and Managing the Sub-Contractor works to ensure work is within program and quality based on specification and client Requirements which includes as following• Checking the heat loads, system capacities, pump heads and ESP of Fans and AHU’s etc • Review all HVAC Technical submittals & shop drawings prior to submitting to consultant• Coordinate with senior levels of Main contractors and with consultant for smooth operation that will lead to the timely completion of the project.• Attending to all MEP related meetings with Main contractors and with Consultants.• Coordinating with QS department to make variations and for MEP commercial issues.• Preparation of Material submittals for consultant approval, carryout technical assessment for material and equipment’s being procured for the projects.• Inspect all the Ducting, Chilled water pipes, Condensed drainage system installations are as per the spec & approved Shop Drawings. And Static pressure water leakage test for Drain Pipes.• Regularly visiting the Site and solving all problems at site by discussing with Civil & MEP construction team. • Co ordinate with consultant for all MEP inspections. And do pre inspections prior to consultant’s inspection.• Preparing the Look ahead programs for the project and ensure work to move according to the programs and project targets with quality. • Selection of Chillers, AHU’s, FUC’s, water pumps chilled water pipes and fitting pipes.• Complete designing, selection, erection and preparation of drawings for ventilation system with riser diagram.• Pre-commissioning & commissioning of all A/C equipment including Air & Water balancing.
