• Freezing the final Bill of quantities (Addition &Deletion qty) with the Shop drawing and Tender Document. • Project Planning, Cost Control and giving the advice for procurement.• Advice on cost limit and budget along with the planning .• Freezing and tracking the Procurement qty for project Execution.• Site inspection for checking the storing, handling, Execution with material at site.• Tracking the Supply of Material against supply Bill and Erection with measurement at site• Finally completing the project statement with final account.

• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, reviewing bids from contractors.• Determines project specifications by studying project design, client requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems at site while execution.• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions.• Controls project costs by approving expenditures, administering contractor contracts..• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and recommending actions from the management.

• Responsibilities as studying contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the execution of any work.• Helping to prepare the documents and assign resources such as manpower, material and equipment for all related works prior to execution.• Ensuring that all works are in accordance with the Approved construction drawing, contract documents, and project specification.• Co-ordinating with other vender for the smooth execution work at site.• Updating the day-to-day site progress to the Superior and to the client.• Fulfilling the Client Emergency Requirement at site.• Attending the progress review meeting at site.
