[ MW, 3G, 4G-LTE TDD and FDD systems] Base station up-gradation and Transmission Bandwidth upgradation projects of Bharti Airtel networks. Taken lead role in war room during restoration of network in Vardah Cyclone in Dec 2016 and Chennai Floods Dec 2015. Successfully completed TDD rollout of Bharti Airtel - 2000 sites in 1year span 2015, in Chennai circle. Implementing highest number of BTS in Idea 4G rollout(500 of BTS cell sites in a month of Q3-Q4 2015), in Chennai circle. Best performer appreciation in implementation of BTS exceeding the target in Tamilnadu circle for consequently 3 times in 2015. Dismantling and reversal of 2G BTS after swapping, 99.3% recovery and handover. Acceptance Testing and Handover of long pending 3200 BTS and MW nodes to Ericsson within 8months span.
