 Implementation of Huawei Node B and E-Node B Base stations and Transmission equipment of Bharti Airtel. [ MW, 3G, 4G-LTE TDD and FDD systems] Base station up-gradation and Transmission Bandwidth upgradation projects of Bharti Airtel networks. Taken lead role in war room during restoration of network in Vardah Cyclone in Dec 2016 and Chennai Floods Dec 2015. Successfully completed TDD rollout of Bharti Airtel - 2000 sites in 1year span 2015, in Chennai circle. Implementing highest number of BTS in Idea 4G rollout(500 of BTS cell sites in a month of Q3-Q4 2015), in Chennai circle. Best performer appreciation in implementation of BTS exceeding the target in Tamilnadu circle for consequently 3 times in 2015. Dismantling and reversal of 2G BTS after swapping, 99.3% recovery and handover. Acceptance Testing and Handover of long pending 3200 BTS and MW nodes to Ericsson within 8months span.

 Incident Management of 14 Customers of India, Bangladesh, Canada, Africa, Australia and Vietnam, which includes Bharti Airtel of India, Bangladesh and Africa. Speedy Restoration of incidents by setting up of Technical & Management Bridge. To act as a center focal point for all the Departments such as RAN, OSS, Core, MPBN, IN, etc. during Severity 1 incident(outages) and bridge them. Documentation of incident reports, coordinating with internal and external customers to get RCA and circulating to respective customers.

 Implementation of Ericsson BSC, Base stations, and Microwave Transmission equipment of Bharti Airtel networks. BSC up-gradation and Transmission Bandwidth upgradation projects of Bharti Airtel networks. Actively involved in restoration of network in Pondy & Cudalore Districts during Thane Cyclone in Dec 2011. Also evaluated the damage for insurance and done material recovery from the sites. Implementing 300 BTS cell sites in 2007 for consecutive 2 months, both new & expansion sites in Karnataka circle above the target. Best performer appreciation in implementation of BTS exceeding the target in Karnataka(once in 2008) and Tamilnadu(twice in 2008) circle.

 Implementation, Optimization, Operation & Maintenance of Motorola CDMA BTS, NEC MW Networks, Alcatel Mux of TTSL network. Driving Special Projects and provisioning and maintenance of BRI, PRI and Leased lines Leading in Implementation of Phase-III project in Kerala circle optimizing & maintaining the same with max uptime, above the KRA target.

 Ericsson BSC Operations and Maintenance. Ericsson MW Network Operations and Maintenance. Being SPOC for Implementation for shifting of BSC location in Trivandrum MW planning and migration of cell sites from old BSC to new with minimum disturbance in the network.

 Ericsson BSS & MSC Operations & maintenance by undergoing schedule activities, monitoring alarms, taking frequent logs & backups. Fujitsu SDH microwave transmission system maintenance. Alarm monitoring in NMT of OFC maintenance. Being SPOC for Implementation of a RBSC demonstrated coordination, planning migration of cell sites, script generation and integration of BTS cell sites within a day with minimum disturbance in the network. (This was a Pilot project in the circle)
