By the time I transitioned, I was heading the Data Platforms division. This included critical systems such as the Big Data Lake for ML/AI, Search, Log Analytics, and Reporting Platforms—foundational pillars of Freshworks' data-driven growth.At Optus, I co-led the development of a world-class telecom network ML platform. This solution is now leveraged by at least four global telecom companies to identify network black spots, analyze geolocation traffic patterns, and optimize mobile handset performance.My professional journey began at Zoho, where I honed my skills in product development and nurtured an enduring curiosity for technological advancements.
