Analysing Logistics Costs & Operations on a weekly basis to reduce the TDC.Route mapping of destination from Plant and Depot to optimize freight cost.Providing details as per the queries of Auditors.Ensuring ‘Halt less’ movement of trucks.Monitoring rake movement at the good shed from placement/arrival to till clearance.Monitoring depots on stocking, Loading and unloading.Arranging secondary transportation in co-ordination with C&F Agents.Handling of Primary and Secondary Freight.Processing of Transportation, Depot and C&F Agreements.Working on SAP for observation of all reports relevant to SCM.Preparing Daily, Monthly MIS reports & PPT presentations; Monitoring daily movement of cements from depots and plants.Analysing Primary/Secondary Freight and Branch Expenses on a weekly basis to reduce the Total Delivery Cost.Route mapping of destination from Plant and Depot to optimize freight cost.Depot Optimization: Reducing depot capacity based on the market potential to save the rent and Increasing Diversion and Transhipment by co-ordinating with CFA/Sales to reduce the Branch expenses.Providing details based on the requirement of both Internal & External Auditors (One to One).Tracking Minutes of Meeting focus points and sending reminder to all State & Plant logistics.Frequent depot visit and Physical Verification.Physical stock and C&F Bills verification.Processing of Transportation, Depot and C&F Agreements.Developing and finalizing new depots on temporary and permanent basis as per the requirement.Co-ordination with sales department & Transporters for NIL pending orders in depots.Verification of records viz. Invoice, GR documents etc at DepotsPreparing Daily and Monthly MIS report and variance report to track the dispatch, sales and their analysis on daily basis as per Management requirement and Auditors.Co-ordinating with plants on primary transportation of cement to depots/dealers.
