Taking care of Project - 37 Stations and 2 Depot / 1 OCC Telecom Installation & Testing and Commissioning project of Nagpur Metro rail handling a team of 120 members including contractor • Handling the Nagpur metro rail telecom project of 37 Stations and 1 OCC , 2 Depot • Coordination with the Other team like civil ,MEP,Siganlling ,AFC,Civil and other system team • Complete Design of telecom Equipment CCTV,ACID,TETRA, BACK BONE Fiber, FOTS ,OAIT ,Telephone ,CTRFS,CVRS,MCK,PIS,PAS. • Working with Planner and design Manager / Installation manger and T&C manager to arrive the schedule of the Project • Handling the site installation manager for the completion of FOTS ,Tetra, CCTV, ACID , Power systems Installation in stations • Handling the Safety and Quality mangers and review of the Project • Handling the Testing and commissioning manger to complete the CCTV,ACID,TETRA,FOTS,OAIT ,Telephone ,CTRFS,CVRS,MCK,PIS,PAS.• Weekly Internal review and project updation to the senior Management • Handling the Interface Manger for resolving the Interface Issues with the AFC,Signalling,BMS,PSS,Civil • Weekly review Meeting with clients updating the project progress and Support required • Conducting the Internal review meeting with procurement for the materials procurement as per the schedule • Conduct meeting with the Contract team to discuss about the contract Letters • Handling the project Contractor and system Contractor for Site work and materials supply • Conducting the monthly meeting and discussing about Project progress with schedule and arriving the action points to achieve the key date milestone • Conducting the Sub Contractor monthly to check the Project Progress status • Closely working commercial team for the Mile Stone Payment achievements with customer • Monthly meeting with PMO for Risk / Opportunities review • Monthly review for EAC, ETC of the Project • Follow up with Customer for the mile stone certification
