BGR is specialize in design & manufacturing of Air Cooled Heat Exchanger.Roles & Responsibility:• Review of customer's RFQ (Requisition).• Thermal design calculation with optimization of air cooled heat exchanger by using HTRI as per API661, client/consultant requirements.• Based on the HTRI output files, preparing the thermal datasheet for Heat Exchangers.

TEAM is specializes in the design and fabrication of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Condenser, Reactor, Columns and custom built equipment catering to various industries in chemical, Petrochemical, Refineries and Fertilizers.Roles & Responsibility:• Review of customer's RFQ (Requisition).• Thermal design calculation with optimization of TEMA type heat exchangers, Double pipe heat exchangers by using HTRI as per API660, TEMA & client/consultant requirements.• Based on the HTRI output files, preparing the thermal datasheet for Heat Exchangers.• Based on thermal datasheet and client requirement, perform the strength calculation as per ASME Sec-VIII Div-1 & 2, TEMA by using PV Elite Software• Preparing the Mechanical Datasheet using Thermal & Mechanical output files for Estimation.• Material sourcing / Sub Contract sourcing as per the project requirements.• Prepare Costing Sheet to finalize the fabrication cost of Product.• Worked closely with Design, QA & Production to ensure the proposed technical solution is appropriate and complies with all the technical requirements.• Ensuring Proposal generation processes follow best proposal process & providing all necessary document as per the checklist.• Developed quotation proposal template to ensure consistency in proposal standard and quality.• Taken care that all the formats are filled accurately, necessary supporting documents are provided. • Prepared technical, commercial offers and bids in compliance to RFQ.
