As VP, I played a crucial role in expanding Endo Labs from handling 20 daily laboratory collections for a single client to over 320 daily collections across 8 clients nationwide within two years. My primary responsibility was developing, integrating, and deploying software that optimized electronic connectivity, enabling seamless and efficient communication between the lab and clients. Prior to my role, the company had no electronic presence, and I successfully implemented the technology needed to scale operations and improve quality.I also led the design and development of systems for inventory management, supply orders, and nationwide sales and marketing strategies. A significant part of my role involved not just meeting with prospective and existing clients, but exceeding their expectations by assessing their laboratory needs and ensuring that our services met and exceeded expectations.Additionally, I introduced a proprietary logistical solution for receiving laboratory specimens via a national courier network, greatly improving the efficiency of specimen transport and handling. I spearheaded the company's entry into industry conferences, developing high-impact posters and booths, and engaging directly with the medical community to further promote our services.

Responsible for successfully selling Lifepoint’s EMRHub and Web Provider Portal Software as a Service to over 40 regional hospitals and commercial and national laboratories in 43 states, resulting in $6M in new recurring annual revenue. Helped develop national sales and marketing campaigns to exceed corporate sales and business objectives. Developed strategic partnerships with physician’s office labs, hospital labs, reference laboratories, and academic medical centers. Landed the most signed contracts in a short amount of time than ever done previously.

Direct laboratory systems planning, application development, product implementation and validation, while managing operations and 24/7 support for five, highly respected hospitals. Increased Laboratory collections from $35M to $65M. Cultivated relationships with physicians, their staffs and other healthcare providers to establish, grow and maintain relationships in an autonomous sales territory in the Manhattan area.

Satellite communications (SATCOM) specialist are trained and qualified to test and repair satellite communications equipment. These terminals are used to establish high capacity communications with other military and civilian systems. Typical duties include adjusting audio or data levels, use of test equipment to identify and diagnose equipment faults to the component level and making repairs as required. Technicians are properly trained in corrective and preventative maintenance to the field level of repair. Technicians are also trained in employment and installation of the terminals to complement their working knowledge of hardware capabilities.
