DEPARTMENTAL COMPLIANCE COORDINATORSupports the philosophy and mandate of the JHSC by ensuring that Health & Safety issues are raised, addressed, and dealt with at the department level.Conducts or organizes monthly department S.H.E. Inspections.Presents the results of the inspections and assists the supervisory personnel in developing corrective actions and target dates.Prepares SHE Department Meeting agendas that follow the standard format.Follows up with supervisory personnel on the completion of any corrective actions indicated on the inspection checklist.Utilizes the entitled release time from regular work duties to inspect the workplace, and to prepare for, and attend S.H.E. Department meetings.Delivers JHSC meeting minutes summary at department S.H.E. meetings.Supports supervisory personnel in their provision of updates on Incident / Accident reports during department S.H.E. meetings.PRODUCTION TECHNICIANPerform all duties according to the SOD’s, GMP’s and all other established safety standards and company policiesDismantle, clean, sanitize and assemble Encapsulators (ADAPTA 100, MATIC 120, ADAPTA 200) according to established SODs to ensure GMP compliance.Correctly complete all documentation as per SOD’s, GDP and GMP requirements, i.e., observations, test results, batch record information, etc.Conduct in-process testing required in the manufacturing of productExecute applicable SAP and LIMS transactions accurately and in a timely manner.Complete master batch records and associated production documentation accurately.

• Assisting Regulatory Affairs officer in submission of NPN licence to health canada.• Applying NPN for new formulations and responding to health canada for the queries.• HACCP committee member.• Taking part in Root cause analysis and CAPA ( Corrective and Preventive action)• Conducting Routine in proess quality check, weight variation, and physical parameters of capsules, tablets and powders.• Perform various control tests such as dissolution, disintigration, friability.• Assemble, Operate and Dismentle tablet press and Semi automatic encapsulators.

• Conducted Molecular simulation Labs and assisted graduate students on various assignments. Evaluated graduate Lab reports.• Inducing PTEN expression, isolation and purification in bacterial and mammalian system by using various techniques such as bradford assay, SDS-PAGE, Ni-NTA affinity chromatography.• Inducing site directed mutagenesis by using pcDNA 4A.• Restriction Mapping of plasmid.
