Hands on experience in managing cash call payments and Joint Venture accounting. Co-ordinate with External auditors for yearly and half yearly audits. o Analysing the cash call and billing statements of the operator to protect the interest of non-operator and accounting for the JIB statements. Various cost saving efforts undertaken for the best interest of non-operator by regular discussion with operator finance heads. Handled one offshore exploration in KE operated block in Baltic Sea as JV accounting head.o Handled International taxation, Withholding tax and VAT for Euro zone and other international operations.o Interact with other JV finance heads and participate in operating committee meetings as non-operator finance representative. o Financial and management reporting, treasury and cash flow reporting.o Budget and actual expenditure comparison and analysis of JV budget submitted by operators.o Regular contact with Group Financial Controller and CFO on financial matters for the Company.o Point of contact for maintaining day to day relationship with key suppliers, customers, auditors and other key external stakeholderso Review all important contracts and report to Board of Directors on the impact of the terms of contract – Financially and Operationally. Hands on experience in working with commercial department and lawyers.
