I am passionate about building products that solve real problems for people and organizations. I enjoy the process of bringing together the right people, ideas, and solutions to create something that is both valuable and innovative. I have a healthy disregard for the impossible, am persistent and thrive in ambiguity that comes with building products from 0 to 1 and have enjoyed the process of cracking product market fit and working towards getting to a product led flywheel effect that allows the business to scale.I started my career at Google, where I learned from and worked alongside some of the brightest minds in the trust and safety space. I had the opportunity to work on some of the largest scale problems in the industry, while also contributing to the latest and greatest in machine learning systems.I then joined Simility, an emerging market leader in the enterprise fraud and risk management space. As an early employee, I expanded my repertoire and went on to lead product management, data science, and product marketing. I enjoyed building the product from the ground up, working with customers, researching the latest fraud and abuse trends, selling the product, and evolving the roadmap as we expanded to new solutions and target verticals.In 2018, Simility was acquired by PayPal. I have since come to lead and grow the acquired team as PayPal's Risk As A Service business unit. Under my leadership, the team has grown into one of the largest risk vendors in the world, in terms of product adoption and industry leading performance. We have also contributed near 100% margin positive revenue to the PnL while running profitably and with some of PayPal's largest merchants using one or more of our products and services.
