Jay is a young and highly ambitious creative problem solver with a passion for art and design with 8years of agency experience. He started his career at Leo Burnett in Sri Lanka where he had success becoming the youngest global award winner in South Asia in 2017. In 2019, he moved to Dubai to take up a role as an Art director at RAPP Middle East. In just three months he helped the agency to win its first international award in the Loeries show for his Waitrose Ramadan campaign and the agency become the 5th most creative agency in UAE. He was selected as a Jury Member of the WINA Latin award show & AdForum PHNX awards show  in 2020/2021/2023.
