Key Achievements- Directly involved in launching of the sub program “Top-Up Qualification” for fulltime degree completion program.- Consistently reached 95-98% on 1st semester retention targets from Spring 2010-Fall 2010.- Responsible for all sales and marketing (ATL & BTL) initiatives for the ANC- fulltime degree completion program.- Responsible for achieving set targets for each semester and ensuring projected revenue targets are met.- Working with the AGM on new product development and implementation for Sri Lanka and Maldives.- Responsible for marketing and advertising strategy development and managing the overall budget.

Sri Lanka

Key Achievements- Directly involved in launching of the Executive Education Program at ANC.- Consistently reached admission targets from Fall 2007 – Fall 2008.- Managing all responsibilities with regards to sales and marketing for the ANC- Executive Education Program and reporting directly to the CEO.- Responsible for achieving set targets for each semester.- Responsible for student retention and achieving retention targets.- Responsible for marketing and advertising strategy development for the program in Sri Lanka and in Maldives.

Sri Lanka

Key Achievements- Directly involved in launching and setting up the ABE Regional office for Sri Lanka and Maldives.- Increasing the ABE student population by 30-40% per session.
