- As a Purchase head I need to connect with various vendor all over India and need to get exact product or material in minimum cost.- I need to deal with best Pricing & Quality material (considering the Payment terms).- In Sudarshan Group of Industries I find quiet challenging task as many vendors were charging more than the value, so I established various preferred vendors and committed to best products with minimum pricing.- As a Purchase manager handling west region in which I have to handle two FIBC Bag units and three Powder units.- I am also dealing with the fleet management and Fleet maintenance, as of now all fleets are maintained and delivering smiles on time.
