I am a Master of Business Administration student (MHRM) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, specializing in Human Resources Management. I have a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from Kolhan University, Chaibasa, where I also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer for five months. My core competencies include communication, presentation, assessment, and evaluation skills, as well as academic and administrative support.As a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer, I collaborated with the Head of the Department and other senior professors to prepare and deliver lectures, hold office hours, mentor and advise students, coordinate and assist in the viva-voce examination, and foster a conducive learning environment. I also analyzed and maintained records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information. I am passionate about education and learning, and I aspire to become a human resources professional who can leverage my teaching and mentoring experience to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and contribute to the organization's culture and goals.
