 Negotiating agreement terms and conditions with vendors, consultants and contractors Preparing and Monitoring contract agreements with consultants and contractors using FIDIC standard form of agreement. Meeting and understanding the operators requirements and incorporating the same into project scope after studying the feasibility of the same Preparing and monitoring outline project schedule, Authorizing payments for project related parties. Administering project budget, approving all expenditures and payroll. Ensuring compliance with government regulations, engineering drawings, operator specifications, preparing technical reports (construction related) for existing hotel properties for acquisition purpose. Reviewing the Hotel properties during construction stage (from investors and operators viewpoint) and preparing the feasibility report of such properties (couple of properties in Dubai and Mumbai, Currently Marriot of A’Bad.) Controlling 5 HODs for various departments, reporting to MD and CEO.
