Responsibilities: Presently working as Senior Manager Micro Labs Limited, and current job profile includes: 1. Route scouting & designing non-infringing route for target molecules.2. Selection of the best approach/scheme producing API of acceptable specifications at the minimum cost, measured at the manufacturing site.3. Optimization of the selected route using DOE (Design of Experiment) / QbD (Quality by Design) and validation of selected scheme at the laboratory level.4. Setting specifications (In house) for raw materials, intermediates, solvents, drug substance in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and Analytical Department.5. Preparation of working and reference standards; and other related materials for analytical development.6. Synthesis & Isolation of the Potential & Process Impurities.7. Preparation of the Technology transfer documents and other documentation for presentations and patent filing.8. Scale-up of Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients at pilot plant level and troubleshooting at the pilot plant.9. Assistance and troubleshooting during product life cycle management and ensure proper documentation.
