As the Team Lead for Spyne's dynamic Computer Vision team, I spearhead a group of 12 skilled engineers dedicated to advancing the field of computer vision. Starting from the ground up, I have successfully scaled our team to develop and deploy state-of-the-art solutions involving advanced generative models like GANs, NERFs, and Diffusion models to tackle complex cataloguing challenges across the e-commerce, food, and automobile sectors.Key contributions include:Implementing Autoscaling and Deployment: Instrumental in autoscaling and deploying models across Amazon EC2 platforms, enhancing our deployment capabilities and efficiency.Setting up a GPU Farm: Oversaw the setup of a GPU farm, significantly boosting our processing power and operational capacity.I also orchestrated the establishment of a comprehensive AI ecosystem to ensure seamless operations, which includes overseeing data Preparation Team (10 members): Ensures the highest quality of data for model training.Leading Spyne's Computer Vision team has been an immensely fulfilling journey. I am honored to contribute significantly to scaling the team and tackling some of the most challenging issues in the field across diverse sectors.
