Entrusted to draw up a long term global IT strategy and roadmap for the SAP and IT consolidation journey across the group involving SAP, IT infrastructure, cloud, mobility, automation and transformation agenda of the group.Driving full scale IT Infrastructure, operational technology and ERP transformation programs across the group businesses involving risk, complexity and huge change management exercise in legacy business environments. Budgeting, resource management, asset deployment & utilization, service performance monitoring & reporting, risk identification & mitigation.Designed, planned and implemented the SAP Hana Server architecture along with integrated sub components in a state of the art corporate data center for the group, and deployed the DR hosted on a partner’s Tier 3 data center. SAP went live in the Indian units of Alloy & Steel Division and Wire & Wire Rope Businesses in 2016, as part of the global rollout program. Completed SAP HR & GST rollouts in India units in 2017 and started the next wave of SAP rollouts in overseas units and BI/BO implementation.
