Working as Assistant Manager on Company roll in ICD Patli Gurgoan,Adani Logistics Ltd. Looking after as a security head of ICD Patli Gurgoan, Palwal and Kishangarh Rajasthan (Container depot and Warehouse)  Heading a team of 90 outsourced security personnel deployed at Patli Gurgoan, Palwal and Krishangarh Rajasthan for safety & security of the company man & materials including vehicle control within the company premises. Involves in entire safety & security of company assets & personnel including client, staff, visitors, vendors and Cargo & containers. Responsible for handling total no of Eight hundred (Appx) of cargo and containers (in and out) through access point on daily basis.  Responsible for monitoring rail movement from ICD Patli to ICD Mundra twice in a day.  Responsible for Vigilance, Enquiry & Investigation of security incident or accident. Responsible for detection / apprehension of crimes by cargo/ tailor drivers or vendors for any pilferage/ theft ensuring checks on entry/exit points. Responsible for an effective control on issuance of ID card to an individual providing access through access control system as per laid down procedure. Responsible for conducting training on Emergency Responses (Fire, Bomb Threat, Terror attacks, Earthquake etc), process of evacuating facilities, mock drills and classroom training for outsourced personnel as well as company staff.  Responsible for close monitoring of high resolution PTZ cameras (outdoor and Indore) all over the ICD round the clock.  Liaising with Government officials and law enforcements agencies on various matters.  Responsible for updating VMS and MMS through portal. Responsible for an effective command & control of entire security activity, implementation of access control of man & material within the company premises as per Adani Security policies, norms and regulations considering C-TPAT, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 audit standardization.

Involves entire safety & security of company assets & personnel including client, staff, visitors, vendors and vehicles. Also looking after Fire safety, Vigilance, Inquiry & Investigation. Heading a team of 110 outsourced security personnel deployed for safety & security of the company man & materials including vehicle control within the company premises. Liaising with Government officials and law enforcements agencies on various matters.  Responsible for Vigilance, Enquiry & Investigation of security incident.  Responsible for an effective command & control of entire security activity, implementation of access control of man & material within the company premises as per WIPRO Security policies, norms and regulations considering ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and ISO 27001 audit standardization.  Responsible for effective control over the movements and security audit by the client of various projects. Responsible for detection / apprehension of crimes by employees or vendors for leakage of IT information / project data ensuring checks on entry/exit points. Regular liaison with maintenance vendors for day to day maintenance of fire safety equipment (Hydrant System, Extinguishers and Sprinklers system), fire alarm system (smoke detectors, hooters, Manual call point), access control, CCTV system (DVR, dome camera, Pan tilt zoom camera), DFMD, Radio sets, Boom riser, X Rays baggage scanning equipment etc. and installation of new physical security control system through concerned vendor. Responsible for an effective control on issuance of ID card, providing access through access control system as per laid down procedure. Responsible for conducting training on Emergency Responses (Fire, Bomb Threat, Terror attacks, Earthquake, Floods etc), process of evacuating facilities, mock drills and classroom training for outsourced personnel.
